Coaching + Consultation

Coaching and consultation both focus on helping clients achieve personal and professional goals, enhance performance, and increase satisfaction. While coaching is action-oriented and client-driven, using strategies like strategic planning and motivation, consultation provides expert advice and guidance for decision-making and problem-solving in specific areas.

Although both coaching and consultation share techniques such as cognitive skills and mindfulness, they differ in their focus. Coaching is more about personal development, while consultation targets expert guidance on particular challenges. In both, the client plays an active role, and success depends on their willingness to take risks and try new approaches.
