Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

BIO

I am a passionate and dedicated registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with a mission to empower individuals to achieve optimal health through nutrition and lifestyle changes, while embracing a weight-inclusive approach. With a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, I combine my expertise in nutrition science with a compassionate approach to help clients make sustainable and personalized dietary choices.

I have worked in various settings, including hospitals and private practice. My diverse experience has equipped me with the skills to address a wide range of nutritional needs, from managing chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease to promoting overall wellness through balanced eating habits.

I am committed to providing inclusive and non-judgmental care to all individuals. I recognize that health is not determined by a number on the scale but is influenced by a combination of factors, including genetics and lifestyle. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their relationship with food and body without fear of stigma or shame.

I believe my approachable demeanor, combined with my expertise and genuine care for my clients' well-being, has helped me earn the trust and respect of those I serve. Whether I am counseling individuals, leading group sessions, or speaking at events, I am dedicated to empowering others to make informed choices that support their long-term health and vitality.

When I am not in the office or kitchen, I enjoy going on walks, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with my family and friends. I believe that nourishing the body and soul is the key to living a vibrant and fulfilling life, and I am committed to helping others achieve that balance, one meal at a time.

A healthy outside starts from the inside. ~ Robert Urich
